Sealcoat
Sealcoat is an emulsion that is applied to the aspalt pavement for protection. It is applied by a brush, spray, or squeegee. Seal coating beautifies the pavement as well as protects it from the elements: oil, grease, UV rays, and other harmful agents. When applied correctly with structural failures being addressed, and cracks cleaned and filled beforehand, seal coat can more than double the life of the asphalt while significantly saving you money. We recommend seal coating every two to three years.
Sealcoating - Makes Good Asphalt Better; Not Bad Asphalt Good

-
Sealcoating your parking lot is not just for "keeping it black." Protecting your asphalt with sealer is the best way to prevent deterioration and keep it structurally sound.
-
Sealer blocks the elements, rain, water, salt, and chemicals from getting through the asphalt and into your subbase.
